ABOUT NATALIA 

Natalia’s Sewing & Alterations situated in the heart of the Rockies in downtown Canmore, is the culmination of Natalia’s lifetime of experience. Natalia in known in Canmore for her unparalleled commitment to customer satisfaction.

Come visit her spacious studio, where she specializes in alterations, custom-designed bridal and formal gowns, gear and technical fabric repair, zipper replacement and household item fabrication of curtains, pillows, cushions and bedding.

Natalia’s lifelong dream has come true in her tailoring business, in which she is delighted to share her gift and passion for tailoring beautiful custom clothing with her clients.

Growing up in Malysheva, Russia, Natalia was taught to sew by her Aunt before she was five. By the fifth grade in Russian public school, Natalia was making her own garments from scratch, she finished her high school education and attended University to study for four years in Fashion design and garment construction. She then spent 2 years studying the English language in Brighton England. With the itch to travel she was given the thumbs up to visit Canada by her Father. She moved to Vancouver, Jasper, Banff and Finally starting a family in Beautiful Canmore Alberta since 2013. 

Natalia is delighted to share her gift and passion for tailoring, as with a creative and discerning eye she creates beautiful custom clothing for her clients.
